When you fill in a form, we collect what you type, usually your name, phone number, email address, property address and a note about your roof. When you call, the call may be forwarded to the roofer who receives your request, and basic call details such as the time and your number may be logged. Like most websites, the site may also record general visit data, such as the pages viewed and the type of device used.

We use your details for one purpose: to pass your request to one independent local roofer, who then contacts you about your roof. That roofer may pay us for the referral. We don't sell your details to marketing lists, and we don't share them with anyone else except the services that keep the site running and where the law requires it.

Once your details reach the roofer, the roofer's own privacy practices govern how it uses them. Ask the roofer directly if you have questions about that.

You can ask us to correct or delete the details we hold by calling (615) 555-0192. We keep request details only as long as we need them to run the referral service and meet legal duties. The site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy from time to time, and the version on this page is the current one. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
