We don't do roofing work and aren't a party to your contract, so problems with a roof, a bill or a warranty belong with the roofer first. Put your complaint in writing, keep copies of the contract, estimate, photos and payments, and give the roofer a fair chance to put things right. Please let us know as well.

Questions about an insurance claim go to your insurer. Where insurance is paying for the roof and the insurer refuses some or all of the claim in writing, state law gives you until midnight of the third business day after receiving that letter to cancel the roofing contract.
