Roof Replacement Franklin TN connects homeowners in Franklin, TN and surrounding Williamson County, Tennessee towns with a local roofer, free of charge, as a referral service. This page explains how it works and how it is paid.
Prefer to talk? Call now(615) 555-0192We are not a roofing company. We do no roofing work, give no bids or prices of our own, sign no contracts and never handle insurance claims. When you call (615) 555-0192 or send the form, we hand your request to one independent local roofer, and that business reaches out to you itself.
Roofers may pay us for the referrals we send them. Homeowners never pay us anything, and we never give homeowners anything of value for a request: no gift cards, rebates, credits, discounts or deductible help. The roofer you hire sets its own price in its written estimate.
The roofer is an independent business, not our employee. We don't guarantee its work, so check it yourself. Ask for its insurance certificate, the product and workmanship warranties in writing, a line-by-line contract, a local address and people you can call as references. If the roofing work reaches $25,000, look up its state license at verify.tn.gov.
You're never obliged to hire the roofer. Your contract, your payments and any warranty are between you and that business.
